Club Car Number 1 was built at the Islington Works in 1970 for use as a first class Club Car on the Melbourne to Adelaide Overland. The car was purchased by V/line in 1995 where it was renamed Victoria. After being transferred to 707 Operations, Club Car Number 1 had its former name restored and was repainted in its original Overland livery.
